Andre Kostelanetz And His Orchestra Vinyl Record Albums André Kostelanetz was a conductor. Born December 22, 1901 in Saint Petersburg, Russia. Died January 13, 1980 in Haiti at the age of 78. For many years, Kostelanetz also conducted the New York Philharmonic in pops concerts and recordings, in which they were billed as Andre Kostelanetz and His Orchestra. The New York Philharmonic (officially the Philharmonic-Symphony Society of New York) is a symphony orchestra founded in 1842 and based in New York City. |
