Younger brother of Mischa Schneider, he was married to Geraldine Page from 1954 to 1957. As a violinist, he was member and / or founder of more than ten chamber ensembles. As a conductor, he worked with the most famous orchestras, like the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra, New York Philharmonic Orchestra or the Orchestre National De France to name but a few. |
