Aged 10, he moved with his family to Chicago where he played the violin without any real interest or success while in school. Instead he soon discovered his passion for art. After a few years in a Chicago college he decided big city life wasn't for him, why he transferred to the University of New Mexico where he majored in fine art, and came to view his work as a source of therapy and expression. |
