Country music singer Born on 12 November 1950 in Knobel, Arkansas, U.S. In 1968 she moved to Nashville and after some unsuccesful releases at Kapp Records and MCA Records, Billy Sherrill signed her at Columbia. Her biggest hit is 1973's "The Teddy Bear Song"
